    2. Following up on Sales
    3. Finding the information as per instruction of Seniors
    4. Calling Customers
    5. Writing Emails to customers
    6. Handling customer KYC Process
    7. Helping the Finideas team for better coordination
  2. Webinar / Seminar Event support
    1. Planning the Event
    2. Targeting the customers
    3. Inviting them
    4. Making Presentations
    5. Delivering Presentation
    6. Keeping records of registered, attended, and followed-up customers.
    7. Helping the Team with better presentation
    8. Handling Online Presentation
    9. Keeping records of all the action
  3. Reporting
    1. Keeping regular attendance
    2. Entering all the activities in CRM Software
  4. Visiting outside
    1. Meeting customers outside
    2. Completing their registration, banking, trading, and reporting-related procedures
    3. Keeping records of all the outside visits
  5. Meeting and Training
    1. Attending all the Team meetings of Finideas timely
    2. Attending webinar meetings timely
    3. Attending Training programs regularly
    4. Keeping records of all the meetings and training.
  6. Website, Software, and Back Office Testing
    1. Testing current website, software, and back-office
    2. Finding Bugs and helping developers to resolve the issues.
