At Finideas, we charge a semi-annual Asset Management Charge (AMC) based on your investment amount, irrespective of the plan you choose.

AMC Structure (for 6 months):

• Investment below ₹1 Crore → 0.75% of the investment value
• Investment between ₹1 Crore to ₹5 Crore → 0.625% of the investment value
• Investment above ₹5 Crore → 0.50% of the investment value

GST Applicability:

A Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 18% will be levied separately on the AMC, as per regulatory requirements.

Terms for Renewal:

The AMC will be recalculated every six months based on the updated investment value.

Examples:

Case 1: Investment Value Increases

• Mr. A initially invests ₹1 Crore and pays ₹62,500 (0.625% of ₹1 Crore, excluding GST).
• After 6 months, the investment value increases to ₹1.10 Crore.
• The next AMC will be ₹68,750 (0.625% of ₹1.10 Crore, excluding GST).

Case 2: Investment Value Decreases

• Mr. B initially invests ₹1 Crore and pays ₹62,500 (0.625% of ₹1 Crore, excluding GST).
• After 6 months, the investment value drops to ₹95 Lakhs.
• The next AMC will be ₹71,250 (0.75% of ₹95 Lakhs, excluding GST).

Billing Cycle:

• AMC invoices are issued on April 1st and October 1st every year.
• If an investor joins between these billing cycles, the AMC will be charged on a pro-rata basis.

Billing Cycle Case Studies:

Case 1: Investment Before the Billing Cycle

• Mr. X invests ₹2 Crore on March 1st (one month before April 1st billing cycle).
• The applicable AMC is ₹1,25,000 (0.625% of ₹2 Crore for 6 months).
• Since the investment was made one month before April, the pro-rata AMC for March will be:
• ₹1,25,000 ÷ 6 × 1 = ₹20,833 (excluding GST)
• On April 1st, a fresh invoice for the next 6 months (April to September) will be issued as per the updated investment value.

Case 2: Investment After the Billing Cycle

• Mr. Y invests ₹3 Crore on May 15th (1.5 months after the April billing cycle).
• The applicable AMC is ₹1,87,500 (0.625% of ₹3 Crore for 6 months).
• Since the investment was made 1.5 months after April, the pro-rata AMC for May 15th to September 30th (4.5 months) will be:
• ₹1,87,500 ÷ 6 × 4.5 = ₹1,40,625 (excluding GST)
• On October 1st, a fresh invoice for the next 6 months (October to March) will be issued as per the updated investment value.
